Emphasizing the importance of innovative and iterative design thinking, this course will examine the role of the developer as the project designer writ large and the developer’s role in leading, managing and collaborating with the design team, construction team, and project stakeholders to implement a real estate development project. Students will assume the role of design and construction manager for a development company and be responsible for managing the design and construction elements of a project.
