This course will present the developer as the iterative design thinker and innovator who leads the development team through effective decision-making, communication, and negotiation.
Students will study leadership theories, principles of collaboration, negotiation strategies, and communication methods. They will study how effective written, oral, and graphic communication skills are essential to project leadership, decision-making, and management.
